A clear connection exists from the end of Butler to the train tracks.   This path can be extended to connect to the greenway.

The site is bisected by a railroad spur which leads to the Chattahoochee Brick Company.
.
The river can be reached most
easily by crossing the railroad
spur to the Chattahoochee
Brick Company.   A road leads
directly down to the river.

The tower is the major site icon.

The remains of the carpenter's shop mark
the entry to the site at the corner of Spad
and Wales Streets.

Residents are concerned about safety and dumping on the site.   They dug a trench along Spad Street to prevent cars from driving into the site in an effort to minimize the prostitution that occurs in the area.

Truck traffic along Parrott Street is an issue for residents.  The problem is due mostly to a lack of enforcement of current restrictions on truck traffic.
