The large open views within the existing
building were maintained. The multi-story floor plates step back
from the entry to allow the new arrival to orient themselves to the surroundings.

top floor and catwalk. The existing burners in the building are to large
to remove and have been proposed to remain as part of the site history
and building infrastructure.
The multipurpuse room may be used as a
small lecture room, art class, or reception hall, etc.
